Anti-oxidants are good. Green tea, black tea, water, amino acids (Omega 3, 6, 9), cucumbers, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, squash, tomatoes, oranges, grapefruits, berries, cherries, avocados. If you add at least 2 of those to your daily diet, you're doing your body good. They fight infection, inflammation, free radicals, sugar cravings.

Water is the fountain of youth. Drink at least 8 full glasses per day. Helps fight infection, clears digestive imbalances, hydrates your organs and skin, reduces &/or prevents wrinkles, reduces signs of aging. Adding electrolytes to one glass of water per day fights infection, increases energy level, balances hormones. A good Detox drink: Lemon-Cucumber water. Add mint for flavor and digestive help. This Detox trick is cheap & very effective.
Sleep regenerates, refreshes cells. Getting 6-9 hours sleep every night keeps your mind, body, heart fresh and alert. Decreases signs of aging, reduces stress. When our mind is calm, our bodies replenish. Cell regeneration happens during REM sleep, rebuilding immune system and recharging every cell in our body.

Vitamins-Minerals. Up to 70% of our foods don't contain vital nutrients our bodies need, taking supplements is important. Use brands from GNC or Health Food Stores. The mainstream labels you find at grocery and drug stores are good but have too many fillers. If you only have to access to labels "Centrum" or "One-A-Day" or other advertised vitamin supplements, use them and buy stronger vitamin-mineral supplements online.
Minerals are as important as vitamins. Magnesium, Zinc, Potassium, Iodide are important minerals to keep our bodies healthy & our immune system strong. If you can't find high percentage of these minerals in supplements, buy packets of electrolytes like Emergen-C or Airborne. Use once/day. These minerals improve your immune system (take during cold/flu season), reduce inflammation, reduce stress, enhance blood flow and red & white blood cell counts - preventing cancers.
Soy is bad. This is the most common message from Spiritual Realm. If you're a man or woman, soy blocks necessary body functions like immunity, reproduction, colon-digestive, heart valve flow. Soy is a filler, not a nutrient. Potatoes are healthier for human bodies than soy. Tofu (soy) is extremely dangerous to reproductive organs. If you want to get pregnant, get rid of soy for 6 months. That message is for women and men.
Sugar in moderation. Sugar isn't bad for us. Too much sugar is. Overuse of sugar is major cause of diabetes, inflammation, immune imbalances and cancers. In moderation, sugar is OK. Real sugar is better than High Fructose Corn Syrup. Read the labels on any sweet treats. Fizzy, carbonated drinks metabolize in our body like sugar. Recent studies show eating a candy bar once/day is healthier than drinking carbonated drinks or drinking/eating sugar-free products. Fruits (not fruit juice) is a healthy alternative. Eating a cucumber, using honey instead of sugar are other ways to fight sugar-cravings. If you crave sugar, eat a banana, cucumber, piece of fruit or candy bar, then drink plenty of water. High fructose corn syrup is extremely dangerous to human bodies. Stay away from that.

One of the most powerful vegetables for detoxing our bodies of harmful stuff: CUCUMBERS! Helps digestion, removes free radicals, hydrates & energizes our bodies, maintains insulin balance. Eat too many sweets or rich foods? Grab a cucumber.
